Retreat comes from the Latin word retrahere meaning --to draw back in.  The mother medicine this retreat offers is the time, space and support mamas require to draw back into their essential self.  The act of drawing back in is crucial to well-being and soul care because mothering asks us unapologetically to open wide, dig deep and give all.  When we mother without retreat time we lack the energy, vitality and creativity to grow our selves and our families.  Retreat is hygiene.  Drawing back in is re-orienting, enlivening, healing.

The holy mama retreat creates a space to turn within and access a level of rest, purification and opening not possible to achieve on vacation or at home.  During our time together in Tulum we will engage in the ancient practice of sacred self care.  Our days will include:  yoga, beach walks, nourishing meals, beauty, experiential exercises, group process, silence, solitude, thawing, connection and deep, rich, delicious community.

Cost for five days and fours nights:

Single occupancy -  $2140

Double occupancy - $1840

Triple occupancy -  $1620

Pricing includes room, meals, yoga, group work.

Does NOT include airfare or transfers to and from airport in cancun.
